Members are the core of AKA. Without our members we would not be able to continue programming diverse emerging and experimental practices and supporting artistic self-determination. In addition to exhibitions and events (residencies, talks, tours and workshops) AKA also offers a broad range of services to communitIES including publishing, professional development, and organizational/artist initiated collaborations, while maintaining an archive dating back to the female collective that founded our predecessor, The Shoestring Gallery, in 1971.

AKA Memberships enable you to:

Volunteer/Underemployed:  earned through volunteering
Student/Senior: $10
One Year: $20
Renewing: $20 (automatic renewal through Paypal)
Supporting: $50 (tax receipts for amounts over $20)
